Service Description
Portalista is cloud-based AAA framework that provide authentication, authorization and accounting service using RADIUS protocol that hosting on cloud to interact with device that ask for internet access that sit behind various vender of NAS (Network Access Server). We both RADIUS server and a dashboard for customisable splash page (The page that customer will be redirect after they're associated to WI-Fi hotspot).
Collection and use of information
We collect "Personal Data", such as your name, telephone number, address, email address, etc. when you register for an account on the Service.
If you’re using our management service on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), you may provide us more information like address, or company name or contact number.
If you're using our service for RADIUS authentication with third party NAS (Network Access Server) that integrated with Social Wi-Fi login with third party oauth authentication, we may collect your social network identity only as neccessary to provide and improve a service.
Portalista use your email address to:
• Send your Wi-Fi (internet) account information and reset your password.
Portalista use your telephone number to:
• Send your Wi-Fi (internet) account information or One Time Password (OTP) verification for using our service.
Information we collect automatically
When you use the Service, our services automatically record information in database. These logs may include information such as your web request, your behaviour against out services, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, MAC Address, browser type, location and timestamp. We may use data associated to your device identifier to analyze and customize our data analytics service.
Does Portalista share Personal Data with others?
No.
We does not sell or give information about you to other companies or services.

Your use of our service will involve your uploading or inputting various configuration into the service.
Portalista may view your content only as neccessary to maintain or provide service.
Display content from external platform
This type of service allows you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and interact with them.
This type of service might still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.
