Data Deletion Guideline

To comply with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (PDPA), the “Service” must provide a method for the owner of personal data to request the deletion of their personal information (Right to Erasure).

The following is the data deletion guideline for individuals who have registered for and are using our services:

1. If the data subject registered through our service application form, they may request data deletion by emailing portalista@nvk.co.th, including their registration details and the Reference ID received upon successful registration. The service provider may contact the data subject for identity verification or to request additional information. The process may take up to 15 business days from the date the request is received.
2. If the data subject registered via a third-party platform such as Facebook, LINE, or Google, they must log in to their account, navigate to Profile Settings, and remove the associated web or application. The system will then automatically process the deletion request and send a confirmation email.
3. To comply with Thailand’s cybersecurity laws and regulations regarding the collection of internet traffic logs, all data related to internet sessions and traffic will be automatically deleted 90 days after the last recorded access. The data subject’s internet account will also be deactivated after this period and can no longer be used to access the internet. However, session records will be retained for 90 days from the last login before being permanently deleted.
